Reworking the Business Model

After having my initial meeting with the lawyers last week, I have reworked the business model somewhat – primarily around the revenue streams. That is why I think it is beneficial to have a model worked out and be open minded enough to change it if need be.

In my meeting with the Lawyers, I talked them through the business model, and there is a subscription model part of it, and I noticed that the subscription part just confused them. Everything else sunk in, except that, and I started getting the “Why are you doing that?” Questions. And that is fair enough.

So, I have now reworked the business model and taken that part out to simplify it for end users. And I think it really helps. It is far more understandable.

Next step is to finally start writing some code!!!! This is just taking forever, and I have been side-tracked way to much. The change to the business model does affect what I need to do, but I still have a lot to do before I get to that point. I better get started!!!
