Meeting with the lawyers.

So I have scheduled a meeting with a lawyer that I found that specializes in setting up Charities and Charitable causes.

I think it is important to work out the details of how the business side of the project is going to be structured before delving too deep. Particulraly with this startup. There are a few different angles here, mainly because the objective of the site is to raise money for charities, that there may be an opportunity to operate as a charity in itself, or as a fundraiser for a charity. But there are many fine lines in this domain, that it is best to figure this out from the start.

I’ll blog again tomorrow with the outcomes, but I guess I am close to the point in time where this thing is going to start costing me, like $500 an hour from a lawyer , this better be worth it!!!!
